An investment opportunity

The unfulfilled needs of many to live and work in the environment provided by the Villages will also create significant investment opportunities.   There will be 120 home sites to sell and homes to build on those sites. There will be 112 module homes in the central complex to sell or to rent. Within the central complex there will be 16 to 18 business sites to lease, including a Village Inn (click to enlarge view).

The modular homes will have over 1,400 square feet of living space plus a 20 x 30 open-to-the-sky atrium.   John Beiswenger designed such a modular home in Wisconsin.   That's his wife, Kim, in the atrium.   They thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor experience, as did the people who later bought the home.   On the left is one of floor plans possible.   The blue hightlighted areas are the manufactured units.   Click on the image for a larger view.
